Walk The Dark Street (1956): A platoon leader returns from the Korean War and seeks out the brother of a soldier who had been killed while under his command. The men agree to engage in competition to “hunt” each other through the streets of Los Angeles using camera-guns. The platoon leader does not realize that the brother blames him for the soldier’s death, and intends to kill him.

Join Mystery Science Theater 3000 stars Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff (“Dr. Clayton Forrester” and “TV’s Frank”) for this special livestream event as they live-riff through William Castle’s 1959 classic, The Tingler, starring Vincent Price, with a Q&A afterwards.
This show will broadcast live via a private YouTube link that will be sent to ticket purchasers an hour prior to showtime. You can also watch directly on Eventbrite. A percentage of the proceeds from the event will benefit NAACP Empowerment Programs, who engage primarily in training, education, and advocacy at the national and local levels.

The Tingler tells the story of a scientist who discovers a parasite in human beings, called a “tingler”, which feeds on fear. The creature earned its name by making the spine of its host “tingle” when the host is frightened. The Tingler remains most well known for a gimmick called “Percepto!”, a vibrating device in some theater chairs which activated with the onscreen action.

Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff, known to fans of the cult TV series Mystery Science Theater 3000 as “Dr. Clayton Forrester” and “TV’s Frank” respectively, have announced a special livestream screening of Ed Wood’s Glen or Glenda on Tuesday, July 21 @ 8pm ET, with the two comedians (collectively known as “The Mads”) riffing over the 1953 dud. The show will mark Beaulieu & Conniff’s first time performing together this year, after The Mads’ 2020 tour dates were cancelled due to COVID-19. Tickets are on sale now for $10.

Join MST3K’s Frank Conniff and Trace Beaulieu at the Alamo Drafthouse Brooklyn for an evening of fun and laughter as they screen some endearingly bad films and roast them, live-and-in-person, in the same style as their classic TV series.
If this show were rated it would probably be PG-13, but keep in mind it is a live show so anything could happen!
